They are therefore very good to use as the inner layer against the skin, to give the child a feeling of dryness. The inserts direct the liquid away from the skin and on to the absorbent inserts. They measure approx. 27 x 13 cm. and are ideal for a child who is bothered by having a wet sensation against the skin. They can also be used, as a reusable alternative to nappy paper, to catch poo.
