This ros Champagne is made from a blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. It is vinified as a red wine and half is aged in oak barrels. The nose is lively and fresh with soft and refreshing scents of blood orange, wild strawberry, raspberry and pomegranate. It is supported by a subtle touch of tannins. It has an exquisite and comfortable structure.
