2023, Eclat bonedry Classic style Barolo from CannubiThis cuve by Jean Baptiste Hardy comes from vines planted on gabbro soils (decayed granite). The wine is vinified and aged on lees for 18 months in underground glass vats. Fermentation on indigenous yeasts. No fining or filtration.
