Danish Oak _tilgangeligfad double-matured in new oak casksDanish Oak is our first attempt at using Danish oak casks in interplay with our Spelt Rye whisky, made from malted rye, barley, and spelt. The result is a more intense variation of our Spelt Rye, with deeper notes of vanilla and baking spices, and a fruitiness of red berries.
