Harakiri Spätfüllung 10 2015 class A feiner SäureflussWith Harakiri we combine two old, elegant red wine vines from Rheinhessen, which are not at home in the league of tannic proles but draw attention to themselves with their elegance and a pleasant portion of fruit. This is joined by Cabernet Sauvignon grown on a very calcareous terroir. In the late filling, our Harakiri is given support through storage in used 225 litre barrique barrels (third fifth occupancy). The absorption of oxygen during the
