2021 Blanc Francis Courselle Chateau Thieuley Rhône-Nord Ruinart Blanc de Blancs isgrape varieties vinification This wine is half Semillon and half Sauvignon Blanc. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in French oak, 30% of which is new. The wine is aged for 9 months with the application of batonnage. tasting note Remarkable aroma with light notes of toast followed by lots of fruit like mango and plums. Long and persistent finish with lots of finesse.
