Apricot, honey and toasted nut emerge from the bouquet, with butterscotch and candied fruit at the back. The wine reveals a creamy consistency and makes a very nice impact in the mouth. Because of those advanced aromas, I am suggesting a slightly shorter drinking window than I otherwise would have assigned to this Carricante based white.
