It fermented with some full clusters with indigenous yeasts in oak vats and matured in oak foudres and bocoyes for 16 months

This is a stunningly good effort and the only concern at the moment is that it’s not quite as complex as the best in the range

but this remains fresh

There is enough reduction to knock down the nose
