The wine starts with ripe, coastal fruit hand selected from a diverse set of vineyard blocks creating a balance of complexity, elegance and fullness. It is then patiently aged and refined; both in large and small oak casks from Slovenia and from France for about 1 year. Six months of bottle aging takes place before
