structured and firm 2005 Gigondas

There is excellent punch

drawn-out finish with spice elements that make me crave barbecue

therefore there is plenty of tension here

complemented by about one-third from Grauves

Gerard Raphet, Chambolle Musigny other_regions_italy structured and firm 2005 Gigondas(from Les Bussires; note that this wine in some markets is labeled as such). Ripe aromas combine moderately high toned notes of red currant, raspberry and even a wisp of cranberry with those of exotic tea, spice and a hint of violet. The rich, caressing and very round middle weight flavors conclude in a firm and lingering if mildly edgy finish. This is really quite pretty though the balance isnt completely dialed in.
