Description
Though the uninhabited house is nothing much to look out
precise and sweet flavors that display ample minerality
A pungent nose of earth and wood leads to supple
Old vines from Les Mazards and some from Légre
It also reveals thin to medium texture
Robert Fleury, Bolero Extra Brut Vintage:2008 Though the uninhabited house isThe 2008 Extra Brut Bolro is a pure Pinot Noir, golden and evolving. The nose shows off crumbly Scottish shortbread with its promise of salty butter and textured richness alongside a smattering of white pepper. The baked and caramelized yet salty skin of Mirabelle plums adds an aromatic highlight but all here points to depth. The saltiness continues right onto the palate where a rounded but immensely contoured body channels Pinot power deep into soil.
