Palate is vibrant with a juicy core of stone fruit structured by white & pink grapefruit citrus notes with some stony minerality. Made by Ginny Povall of Botanica Wines at Protea Heights, a farm on the outskirts of Stellenbosch known for their cultivation of the national flower, the Protea. In 2009, Ginny expanded beyond flowers, and began producing incredibly compelling wines from very special, but often overlooked,
