Tschitta saltunza Backe Version for stringsCommentary on the work: The text is in Romansh, as the piece was commissioned by a Swiss vocal ensemble. The music is for SSAATTBB with some minor solos. My vision has been to capture the light, colorful and danceable energy of a butterfly and my wish is that the choir will let the music lift with a bright attitude and clear, shimmering vocal sounds.
